What To Expect
From Your Local Movers
On the day of your move, anticipate a call from your movers about 30 to 40 minutes before their arrival, as a courtesy to let you know they are on their way.
When your moving team arrives, they will take the time to introduce themselves and carry out a thorough walkthrough of your home to gain insight into your unique moving requirements. This will also be an opportunity to highlight any items that need special attention or that have pre-existing damages. If you have any concerns or queries, do not hesitate to voice them to the team leader!

Your movers will wrap your furniture with moving blankets for optimal safety during transportation. They will also use moving mats to protect your floors, wrap stair rails, and shield doors against impacts from walls.
If you requested any disassembly or assembly of items, your team will do their best to take care of it for you.
Once your belongings are packed from your initial location, your team will do a final check with you to ensure nothing has been left behind and that everything has been accounted for.
At each stop along the way, your movers will conduct another walkthrough with you to confirm the locations of your items and identify any previous damages to the property.
Upon completion of your move, your team will ensure that all your items are in their rightful places, and any furniture that was dismantled has been put back together to your satisfaction.
