Forget buying or scrounging around for cardboard boxes that fall apart easily and don’t protect your valuables. Our Crates are large, sturdy plastic boxes that don’t require a lot of packing materials and snap closed securely.
You’ll cut down on packing time by 20% – 30% as they eliminate the need to assemble boxes with tape and the use of some of the packing paper. They also cut down on unpacking time by 30% as you don’t have to break down boxes
All our Rentals can be delivered to your door within 24 hours and collected Free of charge, when your are done your unpacking,as long as it is within a 35 km radius distance from our head office.
When you hire us for your next Local Move, your rental will be only half price (-50%) from our regular price, so you can save even more. Crates Packages can be rented for up to 4 weeks.

Our Reusable Crates Are Better Than
Recyclable Cardboard Boxes
Cardboard ultimately ends up as solid waste or being incinerated. That’s a lot of trees that end up as waste! Reusing items like plastic crates can be even more environmentally friendly than recycling.

Our nestable and stackable crates come ready for use. These heavy-duty, industrial crates have ergonomic carrying handles for easier and safer lifting. Simply put your items into the crates, close the attached lid and loop zip-ties through tie-holes for added security.

Our new moving company was born from this desire, the desire to extend our services to all our existing and future valued customers.
Because we have limited supplies we recommend that you contact Déménagement Ready2Move as soon as you know you will be moving.
This will ensure that we can give you exactly what you need, and for the length of time you’ll need it.
Each Ready2Move Box is 27″ x 17″ x 12″. That’s bigger than many cardboard moving boxes, and so much easier to use!
Good question! Our reusable moving box packages are estimated based on the average amount of stuff for size of your residence, but we don’t know how much stuff you have. Here are the standard packages we’ve designed based on our experience:
- Minimalist Studio – 15 bins
- Studio – 20 bins
- 1 Bedroom apt – 30 bins
- 2 Bedroom apt – 45 bins
- 2-3 Bedroom house – 60 bins
- 3-4+ Bedroom house – 90 bins
If you think you have more or less stuff than average, let us know and we’ll help you find the best solution!
We strongly recommend placing your order at least one or two weeks before you plan on starting to pack.

All our crate packages can be delivered to your door within 24 hours and collected Free of charge from your new address when they are within a maximum distance of 50km from our Head Office.

Remember, someone 18 years or older must be available at time of delivery to confirm and sign-off on the quantity and condition of our Ready2Move boxes at time of delivery.
For walk-ups (no elevators), we need you to let us know ahead of time so that we can plan our routes appropriately.
You can do this online or over the phone.
Our drivers will help you get the boxes to your front door.
It would be nice to tip them, especially if it’s a lot of stairs!
No! If we have the time in our schedule and bins ready to go, there will be no extra fee.

Our Ready2Move boxes speed up the moving process. They’re all the same size and safely stack on top of one another.
This means you don’t have to spend time figuring out how to load your moving truck.
Your Movers will love them!
We kindly ask that you use the labels provided to label your bins, as they’re specifically designed for residue-free removal.
While we always try to include extra labels, if you run out, we suggest labeling the bins using painters tape.
To avoid excess cleaning fees $5/bin.
Damaged, lost/replacement bin fees $40/bin, please do not write directly on the plastic bins.
Dolly replacement $60/dolly
Just drop us a line and we’ll work to schedule an earlier pickup, pending availability.
We can also accept returns directly to our facility, but please call us to schedule.
Please note that in the event of an early return, we are not able to refund rental charges already paid for the time not used.
Every order includes one free delivery and pick up.
If you need more than one delivery or pick up, a $40.00 fee will be applied for each instance.
Additional deliveries and pickups also depend on our availability.
Yes! Between each rental, the boxes are cleaned in a two-step process.
First, we remove any loose debris by blowing the boxes out with high pressure compressed air.
Next, the boxes are thoroughly hand cleaned and sanitized after each use using eco-friendly biodegradable cleaners.
We make sure that each customer receives a fresh set of bins, so you can pack your clothes, bedding, and pillows with peace of mind.
We will sent you an invoice. You can pay in cash at our office and by e-transfer to iamready2move@gmail.com
We don’t accept personal checks.
We seek to provide exceptional customer service.
If your moving plans have changed and you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your delivery time.
A charge of half the cost of the order may be assessed if you do not give 24 hour prior notice to reschedule or cancel your rental.
